I’m Nayson, a 25-year-old from Red Bank, New Jersey, and Tier 1 started with a pretty simple idea: I wanted to create something that represented the athlete I was and the person I was becoming.

I originally started Tier 1 while I was living in Australia. At the time, I was training kids and helping young athletes get better, and I loved every second of it.

 

But as football season approached, my schedule got busier and I didn’t have the time to train like I used to. I could’ve put Tier 1 on the back burner, but I didn’t want to let something I believed in die just because life was changing.

So I adapted.

I shifted Tier 1 toward football accessories, keeping the brand alive while I focused on the next chapter of my own journey. Now I’m back home in the States, and my football playing days are behind me. But the one thing that never changed was my love for training, fitness, and pushing myself to be better. That’s why Tier 1 has evolved again.

​

Today, Tier 1 is focused on gym apparel designed for people who are still chasing something whether that’s a stronger body, a stronger mindset, or simply a better version of themselves.

​

My journey has taught me that your path doesn’t always go exactly how you planned. Sometimes you have to adapt, change direction, and start a new chapter. Tier 1 is about doing exactly that.
